Facilities and Available Services

The Village of Rock Springs is centrally located between Reedsburg and Baraboo. The Rock Springs Memorial Community Center is located in the center of the downtown area. It was built (Dedicated in 1950) to support the area’s need for a large sized facility.

  The many different levels are available to rent for your event needs. Weddings and Anniversaries are two of the main events held at the community center. The facilities have also been used for the following events: Rehearsal Dinners, Birthdays, Card Tournaments, Benefits, Holiday Celebrations, Showers, Banquets, Graduations, Corporate Meetings, Seminars, Dances, Craft Shows, Cooking Parties, Plays, Sporting Events, etc.

Facilities

  Indoor facilities are Handicap Accessible and include Heat/ AC for your comfort. We have Rectangular Banquet Tables, Round Banquet Tables, and Folding Chairs available for your event. The following is a list of the facilities available for rent:

  Upper Level: Main Hall - 4,600 Sq. Ft. with a rated occupancy of 450 (varies due to set-up), Stage - 803 Sq. Ft., Kitchenette - 184 Sq. Ft.: Range/ Oven, (2) Refrigerators, Sink, Workspace.

  Lower Level: Dining Room - 1,554 Sq. Ft. with a rated occupancy of 175 (varies due to set-up), Kitchen - 350 Sq. Ft.: (2) Convection Ovens, Cook Top with Convection Oven, Refrigerator, Sinks, Workspace, Serving Counter.

    Outdoor facilities are also available for rent and include Park Pavilion, Concession Stand, and Softball Field with Lights. 

Available Services

Beverage Services: There are two (2) local Bars in Rock Springs that are available to meet your beverage needs. They can be retained to supply and serve items for your event. This service helps minimize the risk of underage drinking, and lets you focus more on your special event.

  You can contact the Coach House Bar and Restaurant (608) 522-5545, or The Flood Zone (608) 522-5277 to make arrangements for your needs. They have qualified bartenders and based on your requirements, will work as a Cash Bar, or Open Bar.

Technical & Media Resource: The Rock Springs Public Library is located in the Lower Level of the Rock Springs Memorial Community Center. The Rock Springs Public Library in conjunction with the South Central Library System has a wealth of media available for your training needs. WIFI, Computers, and a Projection Screen are available for your meeting and training needs.
